This is chili powder with a kick! Taverna XXX is a special blend of Traditional Southwest flavors (cumin, coriander, garlic, black pepper, etc.) mixed with no less than seven different types of pepper. Why seven? That what it needed to achieve the balance of spicy capsaicin high notes and complex fruity earthiness. This is a favorite around my household, and it can be around yours too. Put a pinch on some deviled eggs or add it to your guacamole. For a real treat, I like putting a dash on fresh pan-fried trout.
