This delicious salt comes from 15 hours of smoking with a blend of 100% natural hickory and cherry woods. The base salt I use is a premium flaked sea salt. I chose these thin salt crystals to create maximum smoking surface area. This gives you the most smoke flavor in every pinch of salt. It is also delicate enough to use for finishing.
